they are the same things that open auto doors on garages, cops know about them, and if they have been blocked, if you get stopped with one, you have to prove you need it, e.g you have a gargage with an electric door i guess!

see if you can find an old garage where they have attendants, and get the cheapest petrol you can, and while you are there ask him/her to wipe your bum too!
