Renault stated that they could change my front tyres because there was no unlocking wheel nut key? They did not even look as when the car was taken to a tyre centre it was found that there were no locking wheel nuts on the car!!!! So, they did not even look, and this is after they had a wheel...

You can check the pads with the wheels on, but what about the discs and pipes?????

Come on peeps, someone must know the answer, got a big gripe with Renault Slough and need some answers !!!

First service for a Clio 172 (12000 miles), do they need the wheels off to perform the service thoroughly???? Please see my previous posts re locking wheel nuts. Thanx in anticipation.
