mine are a little slower to go up. what i like about them is how they slow down if u close or open both at the same time. good old french engineering

only problem there is if the air is moist as well as cold (like when it's gonna be frosty) when u put your heaters on in the morning u'll get s**t loads of condensation

bloody hell. well, looks like it'll have to be done. had a good read of it in the haynes, its got about 3 'simply' bits, which then refer you to a different section. itslike bloody 3 jobs in one this! i hope she appreciates it!

there's other odd things mentioned, well odd when u 1st read it, like taking out the dipstick or oil filler cap. obviously these get in the way of removing som heat shields etc, but draining the coolant? coolant shouldn't be flowing any where near the manifold, or at least, not like its gonna...
