I think the new 93 sport saloon Aero is a very nice car. Handling on the old 93s were sh*te but I have heard the new model is much better. Build quality is good and service from dealers is pretty good also. Th 2 we had here used to get a full valet when serviced which rarely happens now...
The car was new, but no problems at all for the first 18months. Its registered in Sept 01.
Ordered the Mini because they are cool! Not paying 1600squid for the insurance on a 172 otherwise the GF would have had one.

I normally take the V5 direct to DVLA office ( Nottingham for me) and you normally get it back in 2 weeks, then pass on the V5 form to the buyer.

DONT BUY A F*CKING RENAULT !!!
Never again. I have literaly been told today that they are confident they will fix the problem with the next release of ECU software, but this hasnt been finished yet. Oh, and I have had the problem for 4months on and off!
Take it back to the dealer and get them to sort it. Sound like something to do with the ECU/Throttle body.
There is a new ECU program out this week for the Clio which is meant to deal with throttle problems.
Also worth trying Chuchill, I found them to be cheapest for my girlfriend on her Clio, it was actually £50 cheaper adding me as a named driver aswell !!
