Gally I was looking for something bigger. A daughter to move to and from uni complete with everything she doesn't need but still has to bring or take. Plus all my fishing gear, it's amazing what you can get in a clio when you try but a bigger boot makes for cosier passengers.:)

Strong fishing line or nylon string. Work it behind the plate and pull it up then down in a sawing motion as you move along from one side of the plate to the other.
then just carefully remove any left over tape and if any glue is still stuck on the paint, use swan lighter fluid and a soft cloth...

if the car is in a very good condition and you have spent money getting it to where it is now then keep it and finish getting it...
Decided to see what I could get yesterday on a drive down to Norwich and got a reading of 45.5 on the way down and 42.3 on trip back. Mixed driving combined of steady 45-50mph in traffic to 80mph on the carriage ways.
Not too bad for a 154000 mileage car.
