4 would look a bit silly in my opinion, to much like a max power Nova!
I would go for an oval on one side bit if you are going for both sides I would go for an oval on each side. Personally I think twin exits each side look naff on anything other than a genuine sports car or a big coupe. The...
Drive an elise, it is great fun!
I have / had exactly the same thoughts, the Cup (which is a very sharp, very grippy and overall great car) felt a bit boat like by comparison! That said living with an elise day-to-day will involve some committment and it may cost more to keep on the road if...

That one looks very nice, though the mileage is a wee bit high... Do you know if it is still available? I cant really buy one until the Cup is sold as we have not got enough space left on the drive and garage! If I bought one well end up with 5 cars at home and one in a garage away from...
Spot on, could not agree more! I have no kids a wife with an A3 turbo, we dont need two hatches as everyday cars. If I had kids the Cup would definetly be staying!

I stand completely by what I said, there is no doubt the Elise is quicker to 60 - 80 ish but after that the Clio will catch it fairly quickly. Handling they are different FWD Vs RWD and as everyone knows a good RWD car will normally outhandle a good FWD car.
When I bought the Cup I...
Spent the day testing some elises, both S1 and S2 and it confirmed what a fantastic car the elise is! The S2 is much more usable as a everyday car but the S1 is superb, very race car like and just great great fun!
Clio content bit... Compared to my Cup I doubt there is much in it pace wise...
Sad news...
On the Rugby front I to am a wing, played for a few clubs round Reading and played for the National University in Australia when I was at uni there a couple of seasons ago, that was an experience. Smashed my ankle hugely in a tackle (dislocation, broken bones around it and...
I was / am thinking of this but I have just seen the MPG being achieved...
My god! Mine has never ever gone as low as that and that is even after one track day.I normally average about 37 - 38 MPG and if I rag it it may go to 34 - 35... (on the tack it went down to high twenties and the car...
20V turbos are very fast for the cash in a straight line, I would have thought they would beat a 172 BUT.... on average roads with bends etc the 172 would keep up at the worst and I would think a well driven 172 would beat a 20 V turbo. The are nice cars though. As far as I can remember the...
My wife bought her new car yesterday... An audi A3 Turbo. Very nice car, not as quick as the Cup or 172 but very solid and classy, I liked at.
At the same time I played with an R32 Golf as I was offered it. I was very very impressed and Im really thinking of changing my plans (buying a s1...

Yep mine too!
Mine has been back twice to have this looked at. First they could find nothing wrong, the second time I had the top mount replaced and everything else retightened - this got rid of it for a few days!! It certainly seems to be suspensionish and only happens at low speed when I...
Would be interested in seeing the seats in 172Cups. I am thinking of something along the lines of those in the racing puma. I dont want anything to max power of boyz out but purposeful with taste!!!
