i have lowered my valver more than 60 at the back and it sits on 17s. therefor the wheels are in the arches and as the gauges fit over the top of the wheel, they cannot get in about it. Any one no of anywhere that will be able to get round this?
cheers
cheers crazy clio. i know its not powerful enough for the new type r, i stated i was looking at the older type r previously. i dont know which would sound louder, either the old type r or the type s what you think?
and mofo cheers for the offer but i want an all alpine system.
Hi all,
i have purchased two brand new alpine amps from my friend for £50!!! bargain. they are the mrd m350 and mrv f240. the mrd m350 i want to run at 2ohm as that would give me 350rms but 4ohm gives me 200rms. firstly what alpine sub would anyone recommend and what will allow me to run 2ohm...
i heard that the williams many gives more torque at bottem end where as valver many gives more torque at higher end or vice versa, cant really remember. although it does fit, just not worth doing
i looked on k-tech site theyre and they say they recommend uprating other stuff with the cams, is this essential? and they offer a package deal with a chip, anyyone bought this or have heard anything?
also forgive me for asking but what kind of cylinder head work do you mean?
just ignore me i dont no what i was trying to say they're lmao.
but are there any aftermarket manifolds that release more bhp than the standard manifold? im just lookin to get more from the engine. i have an air filter, exhaust, gettting a de-cat and was thinking about a manifold.
im a little confused,
your saying that the 16v mani is designrd for that car so the williams mani is no use, but so is every part of that engine designed for it, so why change anything on it? would an aftermarket manifold work better then?
hi,
i have a phase 1 valver that needs a front wheel bearing and a steering rack.
how much will each part cost and how much to fit each part? (roughly)
where is the best place to buy the parts from?
also anyone in and around the glasgow are know of some good garages that aint conmen...
These are 205x45x16, i was wondering if anyone has fitted this size to the clio. they are rubbing more than shabaz rubbed evryone in big brother(he didnt do us scots any favours btw):o . anyway it hasnt even been lowered yet, was wanting 60mm at front and just even it with the torsion bar. seems...
have u used the camber adjustment bolts for the back shocks?
are the shocks up rated?
my mk1 1.2 PARIS was that low but i kept snapping bolts for the shocks.
just annoying more than anythin. £50 a time to get it fixed, until i realised i could drill the bolts out myself
i also meant to add. he is fully comp on his car an mg zs,(could smoke it) and he thinks hes covered on my 3rd party, but the valver had no insurance at all on it. tell me what use think? is it possible for me to get money back? is he insured?
