Don't know about the Clio 182 but I had Cobra sports-cat on my VXR and no problems ever with MOT

I think the OE cat is 200 cell though so you don't gain anything unless you go for 100 cell etc. but then you would also need a remap I believe.

Don't touch the KTR one if you're planning on road use.
I had one and at the MOT centre the emissions were near identical to a full decat (and yes, it was red hot!)
KTECs are designed as a box ticking exercise for the clio race series and literally do nothing to emissions.
I haven't had a Cobra sports cat, but have heard very good feed back
