hi chris, I had the rear lights off and the connections looked perfect, but I cleaned them up anyway. doesnt seemed to have helped. it still goes off every now and then. the speedo seems to drop to 0 more often though when im driving quick and the revs are higher. any other ideas? oh i also...

well, ive done it all and took it out for a quick drive. It sounds awesome now and feels quite a bit more responsive compared to the original. thanks everyone for your help :-)

hi my 172 ph1's speedo sometimes just completley goes to 0 as im driving and when I put the left indicator on or brake, the light on the dash for the fog light comes on! a mate said it might be the earth? any ideas? thanks

ok so just cut the old air feed as low down as i can then and feed the new one down, thanks :-)

hi, im new to this forum and this is my first post, so any help will be appreciated. I have bought a BMC CDA airbox induction kit for my 172 but im struggling to fit it. I have removed the bracket by the battery to give a bit more access but cannot get the old airbox and cold air feeds out...
