Got my 172 for a grand dearer so id push for more discount. Got the climate control, but id live without it if i had to pay an extra £695. Just goes through more fuel.Youll be having too much fun driving it to notice it isnt there.

Engine was standard, but have to agree with you in that it must have been from a bad batch. I know someone thats got a 80bhp version and not had any problems. I also had the squeaking sun roof and the glove box that didnt shut properly. Very annoying as every time you turn the lights on the...

Sorry, didnt mean to hi jack your post earlier on. I know what its like to have a delay on your car. Ended up not getting mine for five extra days as it had a technical block put on it. Dealer never did tell me what the problem actually was. Anyway, the wait will be worth it. :)

Just a word of warning for anyone who has a 1.5dci 65bhp. That was my previous clio which the engine decided to blow up after 13000 miles (popped a con rod), then the power steering rack had to be replaced as it was clunking. Wasnt finished there as the back brake shoes decided to stick on...

Yeh. Thats part of the reason i only get about 300 miles to the tank and the other reson might be my heavy right foot:)

I recently bought my 172 from Renault dealer on Pollokshaws road Glasgow. Salesman and the garage have been great. Have had no reason to complain yet but think they should be ok to deal with. As far as i know i think your warranty is covered by any renault dealer but probably still better to...

Im sure both of you will have plenty of fun in it. Good choice in colour, its the same as mine. I didnt get sat nav and being a female 172 driver surprisingly enough ive not been to the supermarket or kookai in it as im too busy having fun on the road.:D
