I wanted to fit one of these to mine, but the garage i bought it from put their own plates on an drilled right in the top corners. Any one know of any easy ways to cover/fill these holes?

I have been looking at the K-Tec racing short shift gear linkage,(because this is the only one i can find for 172). Just wondering if anyone has one fitted an if it is worth the money. Also if people know of other manufacturers that make them for the 172. B&M don't have them listed. Cheers

I have exactly the same problem. also when this happens the trip computer resets itself! Think it might be a relay or somthing along those lines.
