k-tech say on there website that there 197 remap gives a 20 lbs/ft and 9 bhp increase, now ive got a green cotton panel filter and a yozza decat catback, will the remap make much differnece?

i looked into throttle bodies and that £5000 plus, turbo's gonna be more than that probs £1500 more than trottle bodies, also am i right to believe you only get around 40-50 bhp from throttle bodies??? which would be 237-247bhp, a remapped meg 225 gives 257 bhp from the standard engine, now...

i mean dropping a engine from a megane into a 197 dont know if it sounds stupid, dont too me would it make sense? has it been done before? or if i was to get hold of a second hand (from a salvaged megane) turbo, manifold, i/c etc... would it bolt on to the 197 engine? would cost alot?

id say wait mate, i think ud be more likely to rag the car round corners coz its lowered and not being rude but more likely too cause accidents as ud be inexperienced, id personally give it a month or two or even three months to just get used too the car properly first with ur full driving...
