lol thanks a bunch guys! i just realized (when i was looking over the specs of the 1.4) that both 1.2&1.4 engines use the same k&n filter E-9136! so i could just use my own on the new engine... ill go for the 1.4 engine! tnx again... i bet it wont be that easy to find it here, but we'll see...

several reasons: my 1.2 55hp seems screwed up (or just plain old) - it consumes urban ~11l/100km (thats ~25mpg!), and lots more if i press it hard. unfortunately no mechanic or renault service knows whats wrong with it... they all say its quite ok. this one consumes (by orig specs) 7.6l/100km...

how expensive is to order the 1.2 75hp engine from the new clio3 and install it in the clio1?
