the bolt that goes into the gear box from the top mount has snapped.any one know the size of the bolt?

I thought if the engine mounts had gone it would rock front to back, could it also cause it to rock side to side?

what would be the cause of my engine rocking side to side so bad it's knocking on the inner wing?:S

it rocks side to side ns to os the tuns no problem if i jack up the drivers side wheel and spin it the engine rocks side to side. if i jack up the pass side and spin the wheel it's ok no engine rocking?

just fitted a new top drivers side mount hoping it would solve my problem, but it's still the same the engine seems to rock from side to side when the drivers side wheel is spun.anyone know what mount it could be? thanks tom

just phone gsf for the top engine mount drivers side.he said the one comeing up is reno part number 7700434370 and it for the clio 172 plus diesel?does sound right and what about the price £43.25 plus vat

just gone out and jacked the driver side up.when I spin the wheel the engine rocks and is hitting the side.so jacked the pass side and done the same but nothnig the engine doesn't move?engine mount?

Pulling out of a road tonight, suddenly I heard a loud clunk. Now whenever I change the gear fast it makes a clunking noise also when I turn left it is constantly clunking and vibrating, it seems okay turning right. It slightly vibrates on the straight. I appreciate if anyone has an idea...

I have a problem with my power steering.it squeaks on full lock and i notice the top pulley sticks on full lock.so it looks like i might need a new power steering pump.are they hard to fit and how much would one set me back? thanks tom (clio 172)

hi i have just got a clio 1.2rn with full 172 swap.it has the ph2 dash on the steering column it has two stalks one for the lights and one for the wipers.now this may sound daft but i have no horn where should it be?

the air con don't work but it's had the aircon pump removed.and for some reson it has no horn? so will have to put one in apart from that it all works
