new engine same problem?

just fitted a new top drivers side mount hoping it would solve my problem, but it's still the same the engine seems to rock from side to side when the drivers side wheel is spun.anyone know what mount it could be?

so just by spinning the wheel the engine rocks backwards and forwards? something major wrong there is the wheel hard to turn?
does it rock side to side ie ns to os or back and forth front to back

it rocks side to side ns to os the tuns no problem if i jack up the drivers side wheel and spin it the engine rocks side to side. if i jack up the pass side and spin the wheel it's ok no engine rocking?
