I'm replacing my head gasket on my 1.4 8v and I started stripping it down, alternator, inlet and exhuast manifolds, throttle body, fuel injectors etc is all off! Next job is the cam belt, difficult or easy job? Also what other parts to remove are there before I can reach the cylinder head? Cheers

Replacing my head gasket on clio mk2 1.4 16v and each head gasket set seems to be different so what gaskets do I actually need? I already have the head gasket but I was advised to get a gasket set. Any help would be great thanks

Hi i have a clio mk2 1.4 16v and for ages now it will cut out while im driving and the engine becomes very lumpy to drive. also now everytime i start it it will cut out as soon as i tap the throttle, i have to put my foot down very slowly to keep it running and it sounds like it wants to...
Ive got a 1.4 16v mk2 and ive had problems with it not wanting to start and when it does it just wants to stall as soon as i accelerate and sometimes it will cut out while im driving. taking it to the garage a few times but they cant find anything wrong, so has anyone got any ideas what it might...
yeaah i think so :S i made them all up etc then entered delivery details and then it just said thanks blah blah blah. but dont want to try it again incase i have to pay for them twice
