for some reason, much like my old cup there is a tiny bit of rust on the bar, i would like to remove it from the seats to get it powdercoated, if it can actully be seperated ?
can see how you remove the whole rear seats, but can it atuclly be seperated from the seat back ?
cheers
James
Having a clean up of my 172 and found alot of water under the rear seats, alarm bells started ring but boot carpet is perfectly dry, so in my mind rulls out rear clusters etc

does the boss kit come with a plug in and play loom for the horn ?
cheers
its a PH2, and is the fire issue down to people not heat shrinking the wires for the horn, as fitted loads of cars with aftermarket wheels and never heard of that issue before ?
cheers

As above really
hate thye metal pedals for a few reason and wondered will the rubber covers fit over the pedals once the metal sport part has been removed, does the accelerator even had a rubber cover on a non sport ?
sorry meant knocking the steering wheel angle sensor, typo ahoy !
and also, with connecting the aftermarket horn push to the standard loom, do the majority of hub kits come with a sub loom to connect these up ?
cheers

could possibly be had in your budget ;)
i drive my cup everyday, and it does the job brilliantly ?
beeing a renault personally the less stuff on there (tc/abs/climate) the less stuff to go wrong was the way i looked at it
well its now £3995, so should appeal to the sub 4k spenders an appear in relevant searches, and wants a really nice one, with all the easy bolt on bits you would want on a 172, and excelelnt service history
See considering you can get cups with similar milage without all the work and mods (ok i know mods dont add value) for around £3600
consideirng the service history, belts, brakes beeing done, and the fact it has the basic "wants" of a 172 i thought it was fairly priced, but may have misjudged...
