Use an old nail polish brush and a steady hand, there perfect, sand down and spray everything like you normally would then before lacquering do the 16v then let it dry then lacquer it ! :)

I had the same problems with my side panels. But find out exactly where the vibration is and if its hidden away find some sponger or something to put underneath. It sound a bit a botch job, but it works and no one can see the sponge :)
