Squeaking and knocking from sunroof when closed!

My sunroof on my MK2 Clio 1.2 keeps f**king knocking and making stupid squeaking noises, I've ignored it for ages and now its starting to do my head in again, it stops when I open the sunroof but then I have that other stupid rattling from the sunroof when its opened. any way of stopping these two stupid faults please??
