hi ive just bought angel eyes for my clio2 phase 2 - just wondering if i need to take the bumper off to fit them or not? any help appreciated :)

when i declared my tints it didmt cost anything - my alloys have put it up a bit not declared spoiler and my exhaust has added ........ £3 haha. in the long run theres not much point in not declaring what youve got - if anything was to happen youd loose everything. :-)

... to make my headlights look like the clio sports - ive been looking at bulbs but dont know what ones to buy to get the same effect?? any help appreciated
