Clio bolt spacing

Hi

Im buying a suspension kit but i need to fing out the front strut bolt spacing. its a 1.2 16v clio dynamique (2003)

any help much appreciated

Most probably 58mm but could be 54mm or 52mm. Definite way is to get a wheel off and get a ruler out.

and where do i measure

between the 2 bolts on the shock absorber

measure from the center of each bolt

58mm all phase 2's 1.2 16V of that age should be.

I like it lol get someone to take the wheel off. Just remember it between the centres if u do measure

well i wouldnt trust myself to put it back on :S i might just go with it being 58mm if edde says all off them that age are:S

weather is pretty shitty in Glasgow at the mo so I would prob go with edde too, he seems to know his stuff.

Yeh i'd go with that too, almost 100% on it being 58mm on a 03 plate unless its some kind of freak of nature (who knows with renault though lol )

so yous will both give me £100 if its not 58mm DEAL hehe nothing to lose then

turn the wheel onto full lock and you should be able to measure it without taking the wheel off - awkward, but can be done.
