i'm bored so gonna start my project thread.
bought the car with a snapped timing belt, with the intention of having a cheap track car.
unfortunately i kept seeing shiny bits i liked so i have kinda blown the budget. few shots of the car before i took the engine out.
you will never lose on a frp mate i have recently purchased one, and its brillant, its at home on a b road, country lane, the extra track just helps it to feel so much more stable on a spirited drive. while it may not be as fast as other cars like the integra, its definately exclusive, had so...
the amount of money some people spend "keeping" them mint etc would exceed the asking price of this.
general you need to be able to buy the car twice over to own,run, maitain one properly.
stunning imo and worth every penny.
i agree with the storage thing but wouldn't knock anyone for it.

hi i rebuilding the head on my 172 due to cambelt failure, resulting in 16 bend valves. never dealt with renaults before so i am a bit clueless as to the week areas etc.
is there any worth while mods you would recommend? uprated headgasket etc? any power mods?
its being built up as a track...
