Hi mate mine is doing this same fault have you managed to fix it as I have tried allsorts and not cured it yet :-/

When replacing the injector I have always inserted the injectors into the rail first then inserted the whole assembly into the manifold a very small amount of lube on the seals also wouldn't go a miss hope this helps

Checked the injectors today by removing each plug whilst engine was running and the rpm drop was the same on all 4 so they should be ok really am rather stumped on what to check now ????

I took all the intake back off to check the other day all seemed good but I put it back with a very small amount of sealant just to make sure also the map sensor made no difference im am going to check the injectors next hope I find it soon as its so annoying :-/

Yeah tell me about it I think I am going to try a map sensor next then possibly the injectors :-/

Hey guys has anyone ever purchased a new rstuner as i have just bought one and got it through today but don't have the stage 1 map or the unlock code in the box are these needed or are they pre programmed into to unit ? also they haven't come through as an email i have checked.

I sorted it today I disconnected my battery for a few minutes then reconnected it now everything works perfect. Must've just had an annoying wiring gremlin lol
