clio 182 auto headlights and wipers dont work

Hi I own a clio 182 with auto headlights and wipers today I fitted a Kenwood radio and after my auto headlights and wipers stopped working but work fine manually I have tried turning the auto functions back on but it doesnt work can anyone please help thank you

You turning the auto function on correctly? Ignition on, twist headlights on and off twice to hear the beep?

yes i have tried this get the beep and everything and it still doesn't work also the auto wipers don't work and it started after I changed my radio for a kenwood one could this be linked

I sorted it today I disconnected my battery for a few minutes then reconnected it now everything works perfect. Must've just had an annoying wiring gremlin lol
