The projectors on a 200 arent very good. I retro fitted some on my old 200 and found the lights really dim. I then added a sneakily hidden ballast and HIDs but they were still nowhere near as good as standard lights. They look much better though.

If you only get clicks when trying to start it then it is likely the battery. The clicks are repetitive like rapid fire. I would be trying another battery first as a weak battery can cause loads of strange issues. The easiest way to search for stuff on the forum for example the heater issue is...

I could be wrong but sounds like it could be the clutch release bearing. Google that to see if the noises are like that .

When you are driving at 3.5-4.5krpm if you press the clutch in the sound stops ? If so it's likely to be gearbox related or clutch related. Do you have any issues or crunching when changing gears even at high rpm. But you say it started when the engine was replaced and has been like that...

You need to remove the front bumper for this. The front undertray is stuck to the bumper.

I have a 36k 182 immaculate condition, always garaged etc. It is modified though with a forged engine and big 325hp turbo. It can be reversed at any time and also have a brand new 0 mile 182 engine to go in to it.

Both fogs connect to a cable that then connects to the car loom near the passenger headlight, is that connected?

Have you tried turning the headlights on and then turning the fogs on?
