That's pretty much a perfect spec once you've fitted the new parts. I would hesitate on the vibratechnic mounts as they do make the car vibrate a bit.
What about getting an induction kit for a bit more engine noise.
The projectors on a 200 arent very good. I retro fitted some on my old 200 and found the lights really dim. I then added a sneakily hidden ballast and HIDs but they were still nowhere near as good as standard lights. They look much better though.
If you only get clicks when trying to start it then it is likely the battery. The clicks are repetitive like rapid fire.
I would be trying another battery first as a weak battery can cause loads of strange issues.

When you are driving at 3.5-4.5krpm if you press the clutch in the sound stops ?
If so it's likely to be gearbox related or clutch related. Do you have any issues or crunching when changing gears even at high rpm.
But you say it started when the engine was replaced and has been like that...
Ive had my 182 turbo'd. Ive not had many issues since it was done. Initially it was done by Clioturbo and then corrected and finished properly by Alex W. Since then its been fine, nothing has broken, gearbox is fine etc. You do have to show care for the gearbox and not launch the car or change...
I have a 36k 182 immaculate condition, always garaged etc. It is modified though with a forged engine and big 325hp turbo. It can be reversed at any time and also have a brand new 0 mile 182 engine to go in to it.
