Thank you both. Yeah I'm really pleased with the mag feature. Ha! Oh the battery cover, got that from some desperate bloke in a group buy! Crazy what you find on here... ;)
Car made it on Pistonheads Car of the week. Pretty happy with that, given all the other projects on their.

Obligatory photo for this week, after getting it back from a MOT.
More soon.

Long overdue update,
Decided this Bank Holiday weekend to tidy up the engine bay and clean the car. Its been sat in the garage for weeks since the MOT ran out.
The MOT is now booked this coming week, with the new Sports Cat to be fitted as well. I'd like to think soon after this a track day...
Thank you mate. Appreciate the kind words. I think a lot of it is down to the colour of the car itself. Racing blue is great base.

Just thought I'd post the latest update on here. The results from my earlier post about the photoshoot I did in the snow in the Lake District for PFC.
The magazine arrived in the post this morning and after a good morning of reading it I'm pleased with the results.
Just waiting for the...
Nice update today.
Spent the day travelling upto Buxton in the Peak District to meet Adam the photographer for PFC Magazine. Braved the conditions and after cleaning the car religiously after the horrid motorway dirt..
Here's a couple of behind the scenes shots
I'll confirm when the magazine...
Spotted and waved to you both today.
Great to see others out and saying hello.
Looked really good too, anyone on here?

Afternoon guys,
As title suggests I'm looking for storage/working space for the 182. It's currently in a friends garage in Northamptonshire, there is a developing difference in opinions so I'll need to move it sooner rather than later.
The car is based in Northamptonshire, I don't mind...
Yeah I agree, I thought it may be worth around the £5k region but I guess it depends what someone is willing to pay for it.
I'm debating on ploughing more money and owning it for the forseable future or let someone else enjoy it.
Yeah Beaniesport did a lot of the work including the paintwork...
Tbh it's a lengthy list. But in short yes 3 ways. PMS shifter, Stud Nut Kit, K Tec Exhaust, Fully Welded in half Cage, the usual track car aesthetics..

Thanks for the replies so far.
Have to say the Tyre Writing gets my vote. I'll have a look at doing this at the weekend.
Michelin are not paying for this at all, I've spoken to Michelin UK about this. Purely for the Tyre discounts I hope!
It will certainly be a pure track car. Hope it goes...
I've been playing with idea of either white wheels - as per the original Escort Cosworth design. Alternatively looking at Tyre writing either in white or yellow to suit.
A couple of rather dodgy photoshop edits below. Personally I quite like the tyre writing...
I'll be submitting these once a few edits have been done.

This is a great idea, I may photoshop a couple of options this week. Is there a Speedline TH Mono in 15's?
Thanks for the positive comments too..

Thanks for the positive responses everyone.
Exactly right with the cossie design, I thought it looked great then and with the added benefit of already having the blue base colour it was a no Brainer..
I dropped in at Trax at the weekend to see what the fuss is all about. The sense of khaos is...
This is the result of an idea I had a while back after seeing the design elsewhere on other sites. I haven't seen any radical designs on Racing Blue 182's so I thought this would be a good starting point.
The guys at Threesixty Wraps in Northampton did the work. I think it looks great, much...
