Long overdue update, Decided this Bank Holiday weekend to tidy up the engine bay and clean the car. Its been sat in the garage for weeks since the MOT ran out. The MOT is now booked this coming week, with the new Sports Cat to be fitted as well. I'd like to think soon after this a track day...

Thanks for the replies so far. Have to say the Tyre Writing gets my vote. I'll have a look at doing this at the weekend. Michelin are not paying for this at all, I've spoken to Michelin UK about this. Purely for the Tyre discounts I hope! It will certainly be a pure track car. Hope it goes...

I've been playing with idea of either white wheels - as per the original Escort Cosworth design. Alternatively looking at Tyre writing either in white or yellow to suit. A couple of rather dodgy photoshop edits below. Personally I quite like the tyre writing...
