Another quick update from last weekend. Managed to fit the freshly powedercoated wheels. Stuck with the OZ F1's as its always nice to keep with the original wheels I think they still look great. The calipers have all been painted the same colour as the cage too as they were all different...

Just a couple of updates from last week. Car is still at Beaniesport, making good progress every weekend ATM. Managed to get the cage painted & welded in, I think it looks great imo! The flocked upper dash and steering column is fitted too. Seats need to be bolted in after touching up...

Fairly mixed repossess so far. The race will be held at Santa pod RYWB type of thing, around October time I'd imagine. The 595 isn't a competizone version unfortunately so it's only the 160hp, Unless this was remapped of course. I agree it's only a little bit of fun between us, but no harm...

That looks awesome, especially with the white F1's! I was originally going for a white cage, but have you considered the two different shades of white? if you painted the car with hammerite & aerosol, but then had the cage poweder coated white, it may look a little odd if there different. so...

That should give a great base coat for you. Least when you brush it on you'll get a great even coat. 6-7 Should do it fine imo. The cage was a safety device half cage.
