    Spacers 'guide'/info

No you cannot safely use a 10mm slip on with a Turini. The Turini has a 6mm chamfer on the rear bore which means there isnt enough material left on the hub to safely centre the wheel.

438 Cams, RS2 Inlet, PMS Exhaust... bhp?

Eddies graph above between 3500-6500 has more torque, than the RS2. Even when at the redline its only just below what an RS2 is making. So to me, the stock plenum is better for a road/sprint/hilclimb car and the RS2 only really sees any value in outright bhp on track. However if that was your...

438 Cams, RS2 Inlet, PMS Exhaust... bhp?

Absolutely dire from what i saw mate. Im not talking photos either. Im talking had it in my hands and looked all over it, inside and out. Parts not finished, parts missing, threads not dapped, holes not drilled, the carbon finish is shocking too. The best bit is the Jenvey bit as that's high...

438 Cams, RS2 Inlet, PMS Exhaust... bhp?

The RS2 torque curve is completely flat, so yes it has a little more torque than stock between 2500-300rpm but it loses out everywhere else at the gain of some bhp right at the top or the rev range. Pointless unless you're on a circuit where you're at 7k all day long. For hillclimbs & sprints...

What... No "pic for attention"? You've got no hope mate :D

    Tessa gear shifter

I don't know anyone that's run one but agree they look decent and if work well, would be a nice option vs a PMS. My reservations would come from their previous history with parts/quality/support etc. They're not based in the UK either, so if you have any agro, its not like you can take it there...

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

I here ya mate and agree. As said, it was fresh, untouched snow, less than 5 hours old, not a foot of hard pack that had been sitting there for weeks on end. I could have blown it off with an airline. lol It was only going one way, off the rear of the car in a light mist, which as you can see...

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

At before 6 in the morning, why would I take it off? It’s not coming forward is it and living in the arsehole of nowhere, it’s wasn’t affecting anyone else. 🤣🤣

    Buying a high mileage 182?

Mines on 132k miles now. Most of it is less than a year old though.:) Condition and history are everything on these. Miles only matter if you're putting it in a bubble to appreciate.

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

Weird one, but I had to take some pics. This started out as 3” of soft untouched snow before leaving home, 25 miles later. Anyone racing a Clio, this is how the air path moves over the top of a standard Clio with a Cup spoiler. Interesting to see it hugs the body at the screen tips, mostly...

Well done that man. Always enjoy reading your threads as you do these to a lovely standard. Someone is going to get a great example of an RB Cup. 👌🏼

How fun is a 182 as a daily?

Second time ownership of mine and used as a daily with me for 7 years. Frankly, there’s nothing this side of £20k I’d enjoy driving more every day. Yes there’s MUCH better out there in terms of luxury, build quality and creature comforts. Faster, more reliable blah blah. For me, they’re pennies...

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

I love snow more than anyone else I know when I can be in the mountains playing. But salty snow on the Clio gives me nightmares. I think the neighbours are getting close to calling in the men in coats! 😅

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

Thanks so much. It’s hard trying to keep on top of it all when daily driving in this horrid slushy mess. my neighbours must think I’m mental when I’m out there jetwashing the underside in the snow. 😅

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

So sorry for the late response, I never saw this. yes I did get the rear carpet custom made. I designed a logo which was a mix of Renault and Porsche text as a tongue in cheek nod to a Clubsport car. Imitation is the highest form of flattery so if you do replicate some of my choices, I’d say...

    Toolbox Talk

£5.5k for all you have there is bloody good value for money to be fair, Teng make good kit. Granted not as pretty as some of the higher end kit, but significantly cheaper and offers better value. Yeah ive broken some Teng kit, but then ive broken Snap On kit too, so its by the by.

    The new tool thread

I wanted these till you actually see their limitations. Go watch some YouTube reviews of them and they can easily get stuck in low access areas which is a bit annoying. They will hold a nut and allow 12pt open ended capture, but other than that, they don’t do a great deal. For how infrequently...
