Oil and filter change. Didn't bother taking injector cover off though. Do people honestly do that? ?! Just managed to squeeze my hand in and get the filter on ; )
Got some Castrol Gtx 5w 40w left over, so will prob use the rest of that this weekend on an oil change. However I will need some more so is it best to use the same again or can you chuck in any 5w 40w??

Put some bigger washers on the rear heat shields as they had broken and were flapping about all over the place and winding me up. No more rattling now!
Did a a trip from Ashford, Kent up to Cheam Surrey and managed to get just about 42 mpg exactly each way, in a 05 182, so pretty surprised by that. That was a steady 70/80 all the way. I was shouting at the missus, "We are getting 49mpg in places" which she couldn't have given a toss about ; (
