From reading the thread he seems to move around making new friends and gaining their trust by doing cheap mods to the cars, he even invites them round to his house and meet his family. But once he gets the car and keys that's it.
I suppose similar has happened on here with supposed "specialists"

Fronts will go as low as you want, if the rears don't go low enough you can just take the adjuster out and just have the spring.
The ride will be awful on these.

They just help protect the alloys not the bolts? I've got a set and its just a plastic sleeve over a socket nothing inside to stop you scratching the bolts.
I got mine back in 2011 so they might of improved the coating.
Just swap the sub frames over.
Seats will have a cable going from them to the runners for the tilt & slide, cant remember if the are connected to the sub frames or not.
