Yep, normal admission tickets (either day only or camping) can still be booked on the CSS website as usual, it's just the track slots that are now completely sold out.
Unfortunately the tickets have now been processed so it's no longer possible to transfer the track time or any ticket bookings over to another person or issue any refunds.
It's about 80% CS members with smaller groups of people from our invited guest clubs of Clio197/200.net, RSMegane and TurboRenault.co.uk and RenaultUK coming along
Yep, we've got 2 large marquees to give us indoor seating and tables for 100 people, so should hopefully be a central focal point for people to gather, particularly in the evening.
One of the reasons for the relatively northerly location was due to years of complaints from our Scottish members that CSS was always too southern and too far for them to come. As far as I know we only currently have 4 attendees so far from north of the border which is a bit disappointing I...
Approximately 200 tickets with numbers climbing as the day gets closer (and we usually do quite well on the day). And over 100 of them are camping, so the evening is going to be pretty awesome.
You're missing out if you aren't there!
There will definitely be a few peoples partners / girlfriends / wives there, and looking at the bookings quite a few female members have booked up too.
Not your bad, it just means you weren't logged into the forum at the time so it couldn't automatically grab it. To start with the booking page was locked down to CS members only, forcing you to log in. We then had to open it up to all so people from the other clubs could buy, and as you can...
They normally say that because for health and safety reasons they need all the cars parked up before the gates open to the general public (9.00am).
I can't see it being a problem coming in later, but you'll be at the discretion of the event marshals and will have to weave your way through...
The karts have a timing system, so I imagine if you go on in a group you'll be able to see who did the fastest in your session. Then they will also give us the fastest times from the whole day for which we'll award the trophy / prizes at the end of the day
It's just arrive & drive really, hand over your cash and have a go. But that's why we wanted people to kind of team up in advance to make it more fun, rather than people going over to it on and driving on their own throughout the day.
I reckon we need an admin team session at some point.
There's now only 5 Morning and 6 Afternoon track sessions left for CSS15, and they are selling fast.
Get booking if you want to avoid disappointment as they are strictly limited and when they are gone that's it!
It's the Outer Circuit Steve see here for map: #550
Dogs are a big no I'm afraid. The circuit is quite open in some places, so it would be to risky for both dog and drivers alike in case it broke free at some point.
And yes attendance is mandatory for all members, unless we get a doctors...
This is the latest bookings list for the CSS15 track sessions.
This will be updated periodically so don't worry if you've recently booked and you don't appear here yet.
Yeah, tracktime will definitely all be sold by the event, so you won't have the choice to stay on on the day. It's all selling very fast now. PM me if you want to book the other session and I'll send you info on how to book up.
We're still awaiting tickets to arrive from the organiser, they don't send them to the clubs until 1-2 weeks before the event.
Brian has all the orders waiting to go so as soon as they arrive they will be sent out to you. :)
There's loads of room, don't worry, that hangar is massive. Those labels are Blytons but not necessarily the areas we will be designating for camping / cars / entertainment etc.
