Whats the front bumper like now its black as i thought you straight wrapped it instead of painting it before wrapping? need to see pics though, whatever state its in, everyone likes pics ;)
Looks good! Did the same with my car in matt white at one point, but ran out of cans before it looked respectable and lost the enthusiasm for it in the end and just peeled it off.
I always thought you had a 172 aswell?
Theres loads of artic blue rear bumpers on ebay bud. some with odd scuffs for like £40 and almost mint ones for around £100. Its slowly getting there mate. Just need some turinis now ;)
merry christmas mate
I dont know if its the same thing, but when my car was sitting for a few months, went to start it and the immobiliser was flashing away and the engine just cranked over. Read up on it and was told to put key in, turn to ignition on, wait for 30 seconds, turn key off (dont take it out the barrel)...
little bit yeah, when im on full lock or going round roundabouts. Think its just where its quite low, want to raise it but my rear adjusters are siezed at the lowest point so if i raise the front it will end up higher than the front :S
Anyone ever thought/done this?
The splitter makes such a differnce on the front bumper and always thought the 172 rear bumper sat high so was wondering if anyone had fitted one and if it would look any good or not
Cheers mate, i would like one but am happy with my standard one at the moment, they do make such as difference to the rear though which i making me sway my mind.
Thanks mate,. Small screw on the back, easy to do!

My turinis have had 4 continentals put on them and are now on the car, so my 182 alloys are now up for sale. Had some issues with rubbing with the...
Looking sweet man!, was debating getting one myself as although i slightly prefer the cup spoiler this is cheaper but the postage is about £30 isnt it? making it end up around the same price?
If you want to go from standard headlights to sport xenons. Nothing is needed except from the acutal units, the connectors are exactly the same so it is literally unplug your old standard lights and fit your xenons, Done. But as Loz H says, if you buy a set dont get them delivered as are almsot...
Yeah hopefully that should be ok, worst that could happen anyway is you might end up spending a lot of time sanding, but if it does react barcoat should sort it no prob. let me know how it goes? :)
Im sure i have heard of a couple of peoples paint reacting when they are painting the v6 rep spoiler, might be worth looking into it and possibly barcoating it before priming it :)
Haha yeah i had a v6 spoiler too, was about 6 months ago so should make you feel a little better ;) Wanted to put it on my car but for the price i payed i didnt seem logical to keep it
