BG 182 coming off the M6 at J15 around half 7. Anyone on here?

Someone in a 1*2 waved at me, anyone from here? I was in the Black 182, heading down into Bath from Bathampton at about 18:15.

600 mile round trip to get the 182. 3 different trains to get there, took ages. Safe to say the journey back was a bit quicker!

Hey Matt, I think there's a couple of 1*2s in Trowbridge actually. I've seen another BG182 and a blue 182 on a personalised plate. And there's a few members around the area like Frome & Bath. I didn't notice you at first but the missus pipes up "did that bloke just give you the thumbs...

Driver gave me the thumbs up. I was in the black 182, near the Platinum Renault garage.

There's plenty of 1.2's on here mate, I had one when I first joined. Don't spunk all your money on it though, do some small sensible mods, like colour coding the bodywork strips for example & save up for a 172/182!

Another Trowbridge member here. I go down to Bournemouth a couple of times a month via Salisbury for work and often see 1*2's on my travels.

DTM Cars bought the cheap Trophy that was posted on CS to break, maybe see if they've still got the bumper mate. No idea re logistics/cost but might be worth a try.

Check the bulb? Don't be silly, I ran to the internet instead of going outside into the cold! Although just to add to how retarded I'm being, I failed to even get to the bulb when I looked at it yesterday, tricky little hole isn't it! ;-)

99% sure, I did wonder whether it was only a reflection of the others, but it seems to be lit up, and the post I linked seems to have had the same issue. I'll replace the bulb tomorrow anyway, just wondered if anyone had heard of this issue, therefore saving me the 3 quid the bulb will cost...

My drivers sidelight does not work when the lights are turned to sidelights, or when on dipped beam. But when I put full beams on, all bulbs are lit. Probably not the bulb at fault, as it lights up when on full beam, fuse possibly? Any assistance appreciated.

Just had 4 Pirelli's fitted, and apparently my front brakes are v.low and the track rod end (s?) needs replacing. Goodbye bonus :(

As above, spotted today at Westbury station, parked next to my BG 182, proper confused me when I walked back to the car park to see two 182s next to each other! I wrote the forum url on the back of my parking ticket & tucked it under their wiper so maybe they've come and had a browse!

Just over 75k in my 05 182, done 617 miles in the last week, which is the most I've done in such a short period of time since the journey back from buying it in Jan. It usually does about 20 miles a week.

So you're extremely local to me then...don't recall seeing a 205 or MX5, I'll have to keep an eye out.

Yea I get the train everyday...8am to Bath everyday. Have you thought about just parking on a side street (like Innox Rd) or don't you want to risk it?

Seen quite a few 1*2's recently: Blue 182 on a road just outside of Salisbury earlier today Blue 172, again, somewhere just outside of Salisbury earlier Black 182 in Parklands, Malmesbury (seen a few times, opposite my nan's and consequently my BG 182) Blue 182 in Trowbridge Railway Station...

Not me! But I have seen a few RenaultSports around this area, I often do Trowbridge to Bath via Bradford on Avon.

Why the fcuk is a 182 covered in "197 cup" & "197 inside" stickers?! Is that what gives it extra 20 odd HP?
