Flashing EML is usually the injectors.
If it helps this was a cheap place for them last year.

Are you absolutely sure the head is rounded?
You do need a thin socket to get down the hole. Most sockets won't get down the hole as the socket side walls are too thick.
I know for sure that the Halfords 1/4" 10 or 13mm sockets will go down.
Massive problem with getting a mk2 172 ready for an MOT. The dash needles are not moving when you turn the key on.
Rpms
Speed
Petrol
Coolant.
They do move when you do the dash test.
So far a new ecu uch has been tried.
Relays and fuses have been checked we think.
Has anyone got any pointers or...
Id agree with changing the master cylinder. I think I may have to do mine too which im not looking forward to.

326hp in a 182. 0-60 pointless as it can't put the power down and wouldn't risk the chocolate gearbox.
30 - 100 is where it's at. Not many things will keep up.
My 200 does exactly the same . 8 times out if 10 it will kangaroo at 2krpm most noticeable in second gear. It makes pulling away quickly hard. I tend to be ready with the clutch when it happens and stick it on to 3rd gear. Like the others say it needs a remap. I haven't got round to remapping...
