So after a couple of months of waiting to get them fitted I can finally say the mounts, brace and camber bolts are on!! Once again much thanks to my Renault mechanic friend who supplied all the needed tools after I supplied him with pizza.

So today I almost swapped my 172 alloys plus £200 for a set of these...
7j 16” et35 cb 60.1mm with RainSport3s on, the guy was happy with the condition of my wheels... I’d cleaned them, waxed them and shined them good...
But a deal wasn’t done as they weren’t as in good as condition as I hoped...

The puddle at the front is just that, not car related thank god! The issue I was having is the pms shifter catching on a heat shield every time I went into 3rd, so up on the ramps to fold back the offending shield which cured the problem.

I recently bought a set of mounts which came with the strut bar... I’ve not fitted as yet due to time but every time I look at i think it’s wrong because it’s got 3 bends in it.
In the 2nd image the 2 drill bits denote the “normal” bends I would expect to see and the punch the extra...
That's some sketchy looking welding haha is it sleeved or just a bar welded in?
Just bite the bullet @182_steve and get a PMS, mines not exactly used as a racecar is it? Apart from boosting its probably the second best thing I done to my clio.
Ive seen a set of wheels I like which are very different to the norm but the offset is 25, is this too much for clios as I seen the ideal is 35.
