I've got a dab Kenwood and just use Bluetooth to play whatever music app I want on my phone. It can skip tracks using the headunit, and if I really want something else on I can just tell the phone to play it.
Not sure why you'd want a touchscreen in that place on a Clio, it's far from ideal.
I went from a 6700k to a 11600k last year and finally upgraded my 1070 to a 3070ti this month.
So much better knowing you're not going to hit bottlenecks with the CPU in some of the newer games.
I can't see availability of the new cards being amazing when they first release tbh. You'd be looking at waiting longer than a few months.
The 7000 series processors are due to release later this year too.
If you're happy with what you have then wait, if not then maybe just do the GPU now.
5600x is a good budget option that won't bottleneck, but the 5800x is the better option.
Only really need one of the 59** CPUs if you're planning on doing something more intensive than gaming.

I've had fun (not) the last couple of days getting a 3070ti to run properly in my new build. I ended up reducing the power supply to the GPU in MSI afterburner and it finally runs well. Just a small improvement over the old 1070 it replaced.

If you buy a new mobo when they change the socket type then you can be pretty sure it'll support 2 generations of CPUs.
That's how it's been for quite a while now.
