I had one from northloopcup in my clio hillclimber and he also supplied the one in my micra hillclimber and cheaper than anyone else could supply one at.

Can't really say the tester's being unreasonable, your car simply doesn't meet the requirements for annual test,
sort the issue as stated above, get a non sport wheel and airbag for £20 off eBay

It's just it'll be one less job for me to do when you spend a fortune on it and then sell me it for a big loss later this summer
I would say those kind of spring rates would suit track racing on slicks where you get the tyres hot, hillclimbing is a little different in suspension set up as the tyres don't get chance to get warm, I would try 7kg front & 8kg rear, if running a 1b tyre
BUT you may not be able to run rear...
