can't go wrong with these
First two yes! Won't be able to get a cayman R for that kind of money. Seen a couple of 4Cs at just over 30 with slightly higher than average mileage but they go quickly when well priced. M3 CS.
honestly don't waste your time. Just do the dci 80 or 100 intercooler and decat it. The fuel systems aren't good on the ph2 dci so leave it standard and you'll hopefully get a few more miles out of it.
Coolers occasionally pop up on eBay for about £40-50.
Big update Mark! Lots done :)
All of it looks really good with your OCD touch.
Have you sorted the brakes now? I always bleed the brakes with the engine running so the valves in the ABS pump are open properly.
Few things I'd say although appreciate it's a bit late now.
Gradually increase your speed as it's easy to over cook it early on. Get tuition as early as possible so you can improve for the rest of the day. Check wheel torques regularly. Tyre pressure are very important 28-30 psi hot seems to...
First time I've seen your thread Adam. Car looks awesome. Really like your approach to making everything look and operate really well while it's all apart. Would like to do some stone chip like that on mine.
That is a lovely garage. Did you do the floor? I want to do something similar very soon and want to protect the concrete against spills!
PS I've said how amazing the work is before, the comment lives on!
well that depends which light you have. If you buy a DRE you don't need them because it has sufficient settings to adjust. The above diagram is for the cheapy light the OP used.
Brakes + Ph1 Fuel Setup + Rear Axle Painting
In my last update I harped on about how my brakes felt a bit wooden on the track day at Bedford so this week, with a bit of holiday to use up, took the Monday-Wednesday off to sort the cup. The idea of sorting out the rear brakes had been swimming...
No worries at all Dave, hopefully I didn't scare him. I've got the go pro film of the session if you want me to send it over, would be no bother.
It was a very good day, just had a few dangerous overtakes done on corners and some people not yielding on the straights.
I'm going to try and get a...
Certainly not you Jason! I only saw your car out on track one or twice but it was blooming quick that's for sure. Probably wasn't me understeering mega though, I was pretty careful all day as I didn't feel 100% confident with the brakes.
You too matey, hopefully you can see your car in the...
Bedford SEN 25th Feb
Yesterday, me, @Martin., @masekwm, @Sir_Dave and @AlexW did the season opener at Bedford SEN with pit crew appearances from @Ant_Smiggy and @Jamie86. Prep for the day started last weekend but typically I couldn't really be bothered to get grimy so just gave the cup a...
Not many updates on the car over the Christmas period other than it's now back up and running. Unfortunately the alternator belt snapped on the BM on our way back from visiting family so we had a slightly unexpected second breakdown and recovery session to finish of 2016 with not a bang but the...
Cheers matey I'll be trying it out properly this weekend. I realise it won't be wizz bang and super quick at editing but it's a darn site quicker than my old laptop. Has some great extras with it too like the hard drive dock, screen, extra RAM etc.
That's a brilliant video! Would love to know...
