Can I get away with putting artic blue bumpers and door trims on my ottoman blue 1.6?,really want too get rid of the black plastic?

Can I fit a 172/182 steering wheel to a 1.6 mk2, obviously know that won't be able too use cruise control and other features just looks a bit nicer with the silver trim and hand grips
