    Banded steelies will they fit?

10" would be ridiculously huge on a Clio! 10" is pretty big even on a Skyline! Plus RWD stagger fitment on a FWD car? Each to their own... If you get them... Good luck getting them to fit!

    Coilovers On Renault Clio MK2 1.2 8v

If you have the MK2 Phase 1 as I did, I would put money on it being 52mm which limits your options, AFAIK TA Technixx don't make them in 52mm variants, only the 58mm for non sports. You have a few options, you can do a 58mm hub swap etc so you're running phase 2 (16v) gear from the bottom of...

No updates. Temp gauge on dash regularly says it's overheating but HKS gauge says it's fine so I've just been ignoring it. Went for a hoon and found some decent places for some photo's so took the DSLR and went for a shoot with Ryan and his civic. DSC08721 by danedser, on Flickr DSC08724 by...

    cost of painting wheels

Just an idea of what black on black looks like. My old car :) Untitled by danedser, on Flickr Untitled by danedser, on Flickr Does make the tyres stand out, so definitely stock up on tyre shine if you plan on doing that. I bought these already painted but I'm pretty sure it was a spray...

    Can Someone Help Me?

Please make sure if you're getting HID's, that you're getting projector units too. You will be blinding other road users with the HID in factory reflector housing and the light pattern will not be as good compared to a HID in a HID projector unit. But yeah your car is a mk2 phase 2. You can...

Yep did the whole start stop with radiator cap off to get all the air bubbles out. Pretty sure both hoses are hot... Will double check

New country! New whip! (Jap content)

I'm not so sure... The gauge on the dash might be on the piss. These two photo's were taken at the same time (after the flush and thermostat change, I used a genuine nissan thermostat), normal operating temp is 77-80 degrees.
  16. D

New country! New whip! (Jap content)

Yep. 100%. Both hoses are drivers side.

Did a coolant flush and thermostat change today. Basically a certified mechanic right? Anyways it didn't fix the issue of nearly overheating when starting when up to temp or sitting about in traffic. Don't think it'd be the radiator as the coolant that came out was really clean. Thermostat...

Kind of an update but not really an update. Soooo since last update I've ran the sensors through the car and into the engine bay... bit of a mish that was. Got proper jacks and stands now so working on the car is alot easier now (Y) So to get to the grommet to poke the sensors through you...

Yep I'm on MCM and have a build thread there and have watched most of their videos. Yes you were definitely the only one that liked the white dash :P It is cheap but shipping + tax puts the prices up. 6x9's aren't too bad IMO, will probably upgrade them at some point.

Sooooooo both tyres don't hold pressure, but I managed to pump one up and it lasted just enough so i could properly test fit it. Untitled by danedser, on Flickr Sits pretty flush with the guard, will probably put 225/235 tyres on the rear (think they need to be at least a 235 on a 9" wide...

Well these are now mine! :D Gonna get a pair for the front ordered from Japan, then depending on their condition I'll either get them all refurbished or just these 2 refurbished as they have some pretty bad curb rash that I tried sanding out, but found out they're clear coated so now I've...

Lowered 60mm and looks same still, HELP ME?!

Yep still got a lot of negative rake. Looks like it's dragging it's arse. Definitely something up with those springs man. And yours is a sport Lauren, so they're lower than a non sport as standard, so would be even more than 60mm to get to the same height, no?
