I'd say only get winter tyres if you're prepared to swap at the end of each season or have a spare set. Don't get winters and then moan come spring time. Both are totally worth it, but if you only get one , PS3

PS3 are fine for winter in terms of them being an all season tyre. They'll obviously never stand up to the likes of a dedicated winter tyre though. I've found the higher (W rated I think) to be he better choice. I miss PE2 :(

Thoughts on how long to leave freshly painted wheels before C5?

Ability to sheet water from an open hose is a good test. On an unprotected car the water 'cling' to the bonnet for a long time.

EFI are in Runcorn. They only deal with custom ECU with the exception of oem RenaultSport generally, but it would be worth giving them a call seeing as they're local!
