Couple of things i’ve only just realised.
Boot release is under the bumper. Directly below the pony, but on the underside of the bumper. I moaned like f**k that there wasn’t a boot release, turns out i’m a dickhead.
If you press once and then hold down the unlock button, the windows drop...
I love my QC’s, and with the amount of travelling i’m Doing, they’ve been well worth it. By the end of the month i’ll Have flown 40K miles, so they’ve been well used.
I’m tempted to swap to the QC35 from the QC15, just for wireless, but wondering what the battery life is like?
@TheEvilGiraffe...
My battery was comical in the winter in Chicago. It got down to minus 30 celcius, and the battery would last about an hour in my pocket before just giving up.
I need to get it replaced anyway, as it’s terrible.
I’ll ask this again, as it was asked earlier and seemingly ignored, how many people have managed to buy, trade and then withdraw actual money from this.
I mean, cold hard cash that can be used in exchange for goods md services IRL?
This is a f**k up, made worse by the fact it’s their flagship.
But all cars have issues of varying sizes.
How many people on here have had the complete power steering failure on a Mini?
f**k knows how many rear tyres I had on my gold because of saw tooth wear.
197 and gearboxes?
And i’m...
I bought an LG 65uh615a. It’s a decent TV, but the internal speakers are terrible, and i sometimes struggle with sync issues between sound and vision from Netflix. I put it down to the abysmal internet out here, but is that the only reason?
I say that, because it only happens on streaming...
Manhattan, or at least the versions we have, are Linux based.
I say I know Manhattan. I know of it, and it's features. I don't know the guts of the system or the button presses / mouse clicks required to operate it.
I know Manhattan. We use it a fair bit, along with JDA, and some in house systems. I've no clue about the guts of it thiugh. I sit next to one of our Manhattan gurus, so will ask him later.
There are still plenty of green screens about. The vast majority are either customer or 3PL systems, as...
For me, the days of buying a handset through a network are long dead. Buy the handset outright and get a Sim only deal.
If you want to finance the handset, Apple do interest free things once or twice a year, or just get a 0% credit card. Clear it at the same rate as you would with a contract if...
The wifi should work well for me too. I leave the house, and the wifi is still on, but the signal is s**t, so I can't get Spotify or maps to work until I turn off wifi, which I then forget to turn back on.
It doesn't turn wifi off, it disconnects you from the network you're on.

It's always done the opposite for me. After every update, I'd get in the car and throw a fit as to why the phone wouldn't connect to anything despite it all being fine the night before.
Usually resulted in costa and ginsters everywhere.
Meh, I never paid much attention to their offering, as last I checked it didn't have 4G, so no point.
Yeah, they were certainly planning on ditching EE, because of the BT deal. They don't want to be subsidising the quad play offering of another company. Whether it happens or not I guess will...
Do virgin do 4G now? Also, are they still using EE? Be wary that will likely change in the next 12 months (if it hasn't already) as they won't be paying money to a direct competitor in the quad play market.
I like the fact they lock it down tbh.
I don't want to mess around, and I don't want an AppStore full of junk.
I had Android on a Samsung tablet, and I just found it hard work, nothing felt intuitive. Part of that is on me, as I've been using Apple for ages, but part of it was the UI.
Lastly...
I thought the same, removing Touch ID would probably mean I wouldn't get the phone.
Chances are, you'd just get used to it, but it seems like tech for tech sake. What happens when it's dark, do you have to light your face up like you're telling a f**king ghost story.
Maybe I'm missing...
Depending what you want, nowtv is decent. You can get it for £3-£5 a month for either the entertainment or movies pack, by buying a new box every 3-6 months when they're on offer.
