That was 4bhp gain without any mapping, you're not going to get any significant power increases without spending hundreds on it. Best thing to do with Clio's is weight reduction as that's free.

Back in the day JMS put a set of matched inlets and a V6 airbox on my Monaco 172 and I gained 4bhp on back to back runs.

I'd imagine as long as it can draw enough air through the filter it wouldn't matter.

I doubt that would have an effect as the airbox probably has more than enough air fed to it. Edit: unless you think that's letting hotter air in?

230ps is 226.78bhp

It should pull away from a 182 fairly easily. I don't think it's anything major though, just a worn actuator as they are rubber inside and bound to wear out after 10 years.

I did say yesterday that maybe I arranged it too early this year. Last year it was early in March and we had twice the number of cars.
