Is the std one not up to the job on track?
I've given mine DEATH for 40mins plus on track and its been fine. Done hours on end at the Nurburgring as well.
Slick tyres make ALL the difference to oil surge! certainly in previous trackcars I have had! I had a VERY costly mistake at Mallory on a BRAND new Reyland Cosworth engine.
I also TOTALLY disagree with your advice on topping up oil guarding against oil surge of any car!

I have driven his VAG engined MG on track alot and its an absolute WEAPON! very very fast. Its uses a Gripper plated diff and runs around 350bhp and weighs...
Just changing my clutch over. How much worse in operation is the Helix paddle clutch than the normal organic one?
I am a bit of a girl and don't like snatchy clutches. The Helix up rated organic thing used to wind me up actually... was stiff and horrible to use.

GT3's are more involving and challenging to drive fast.
but both GREAT on track.
Turbo faster and easier to drive! GT3 sounds much better.
Different cars for different people. LOTS of people track their Turbos ALOT, and plenty of GT3 owners never go near...

I would like to know if the K-tec mounts cause any extra vibration and harshness. I am planning on driving my Clio out to the Ring alot and cant be doing with nasty vibrating mounts!
It's worth doing.... The extra corners are all fast and blind so it's pretty scary at first! Takes some Learning that's for sure. I had some tuition throughout the day which helped.
Slicks are 185 580 15 which is what cup racers used apparently?
