I'm not too far away in Stourbridge, I've not got any recommendations on places to get stuff done yet, as so far I've done all the work on mine myself. It is booked in to ktec in willenhall this week though.
I use avo coilovers on mine and so far Ive been really impressed by them. I think they're the gtx but now called race 1. I only use it on the road though. They're Quite stiff but absorb bumps great.

You can tak bit out the top but when I did it you still had to drop the subframe enough for the gearbox end cover to fit between the subframe and arch gap to be able to rotate it to get it out. The only good thing is I didn't have to remove the steering rack or lines.
So had a pms shifter on my cup working fine but had a decat pipe and ktec exhaust. bought a orbisound cup racer exhaust with a cat. With it fitted I have zero room for the shift linkage and doesn't seem that even a standard linkage would fit.

Does anyone know if the airbag ECU's are interchangeable between models I can't find one with the same part number as mine, I need to get it plugged in to turn the airbags of anyway. Mine says its been set off so the garage couldn't program it.

I've seen a couple of posts of this in happening recently. I wonder if it's due to the solid engine mount. I run one as well so thinking of changing to the pure Motorsport upper engine mount as it replaces that casting as well.

Yeah if it's definitely that it shouldn't cause any other issues. If the tensioner is already a couple of years old though, it's the perfect time to replace it.

Indeed the best colour, the last silver on that sort of mileage sold for £3850 add odyssey blue tax and as long as it's mint and all original with recent belt change and not really needing any work I can't see why it wouldn't be worth 5/5.5k to the right person.
Also depends on colour, if it's a titanium silver I would say it's on the high side. You say almost original as well, it depends on what parts have been changed as some ph1 parts are getting harder to get hold of now.
