I use mine on track, and it'll happily do 5MPG and empty the tank 4-5 times in a day.
Brakes, terrible, big brake kit a must if you go anywhere near smooth tarmac.
Drivetrain, I've never ever launched mine...
You can use a calculator, but AD08R are massive. Even if you placed them next to a different 195/55R15 tyre.
On just lowering springs, you should be fine.
They run out of fuel on a standard map, let alone trying to accommodate for more boost!
The steering on a Corsa VXR should be enough to preclude anyone who can drive, from buying one.
I used to quite like these when they were new, I reckon a black one wouldn't be a bad daily. The VXR was basically the same car underneath AFAIK, with a bit of work on the engine and turbo bits and pieces.
I do tend to have rose-tinted specs for hot-Vauxhalls though, mostly late 80's early...
My buddy's one, when he used to drive it properly...
