Got some tickets to Snetterton this Saturday if anyone who is into racing wants to come and watch?
The Tricolore Trophy is on with Track Attack along with the BRSCC
Update - May 2019
So I always forget to update this so I will summarise the first few rounds of racing in the Tricolore Trophy with Track Attack rave club.
Had 3 race meetings so far and this is how they ended up -
Brands Hatch
Race 1 - 1st in Class
Race 2 - 1st in Class
Laps 56.1...

So following the group n timing and mapping session earlier this year I have had the car up on stands checking for leaks, I suffered a few last year around gear box seals etc! (Trying to get through a season with reliability)
I have been building up a number of spare...
@Ads29 definatly get group n sorted then..... some have seen bigger gains but I am happy with this as opens up for class if I want to go into bhp per tonne.
The car in the past has produced 178bhp
Had the group n timing done today went for mapping at EFI, not huge power gain but driveabilty will be improved which is what I am looking for.

Red is how it stands now and black was before when it was last mapped.
It has been fitted with 182 manifold aside form that totally...
First fix of the year..... a leaky 5th gear cover.
Took the old one off expecting to find a broken seal however all looked nice and clean so gave the cover a rub down and cleaned off all the old sealant.
Replaced with some fresh stuff and fitted back together.
So far so good with no leaks ??
So.... short update to cover a year of racing.
Loads of problems with wiring and sensors etc etc the typical French crap.... this lead to a very up and down unreliable season however came away with winning my class with Track Attack Race Club.
Car spec is now
904kg
Standard engine...
I have similar issues, on my race car (not ideal when coming out of a corner and your car dies and goes into limp mode!!
History ok mine was.... electrical light comes on around 20/25 minutes of running. Limited to 3k revs.
Turn car off and kill it using kill switch, then turn it back on and...
In my last race at donnington I started to get what seemed a bad misfire, even though I changed plugs (brand new), leads and coil pack a few races back.
Spoke to a few of the other guys who I race with and suspect it could be fueling.
What does everything think? It seems more of a jolt that...
I run 205 direzza on front and 888r 205 on the rear, I like it only problem I had last year was on a hot day the tears were getting warm and slightly loose coming to the end of my race
I thought about that but looking at them not to different other than Cadwell.
I would also miss Donnington as a I am on holiday, could you do a mixture of both?

The scenario is very confusing I even rang DVLA and they couldn’t tell me the right answer do the test it’s easy enough and can do it all in 1 day if you want.

I am looking for some help don’t suppose you can grab some pictures of the fibreglass doors and how you have attached them using the hinges and door lock etc etc
I have got some and have a good idea just need the reference points

Not really had chance to go through this page much so keeping it short and seeet Racing season finished with a bang literally.... had a great race at Donnington and Thruxton 2 tracks I have never done before and would love to do again!
Went to Silverstone for the last race of the year...
Before I make a mess what the easiest way to get a rear quarter off the Clio?
I had a did in the last race of the season and need to get this one off and a new one on...
Any help appreciated
