Ye that would be roughly 450lb Front and 250lb rear which is mega soft. The front anti roll bar does look huge thou, but interesting to know what the actual stiffness is of each bar. Rich

I suspect I already know the answer to this but does anyone sell/make a proper blanking plug for the Dephaser Solenoid once you go for non VVT cams? I know you most people just leave them in but I wanted something to look abit neater. Cheers Rich

Mark Mayfield? His was a 197 head so had the Camshaft Sensor fitted as OEM. I suppose I could always fit the CoP's and run them in wasted spark format and try and sort a Cam Sensor out a later date. Rich

Castrol SRF is without doubt the best brake fluid you can buy albeit a tad on the expensive side, but lets say you've just fitted some Brembo calipers and some CL6/CL8's why would you want to try a save 20 quid on the fluid? Also don't get fooled by people quoting Dry Boiling Point temperatures...
