Ouch!
I'm sure the pain will be worth it in the long run though.. I need to decide what to do going forward, 3 cars and I don't really have the space for them all lol!
So many of them like that out there..
I've gone against the grain as usual and focused on a OEM look with a few touches to make it more focused to drive. Pointless building an inpractical car that you can't even enjoy. Less is more and all that!
Thanks Tom, hope you're well!
Thanks man, I'm pretty pleased with it all round now.
I actually saw that, there are some hideous ones out there now. Trouble is you can pick up a ropey one for peanuts now.
Well I guess it's about time I updated this.
I've had the TT for just over a year now and still absolutely love it!
Made a few changes over the last year..
I Managed to source some Squared SC1 18x8.5" wheels after searching for months. Perfect fitment for the TT and very rare as they aren't...
GTechniq W5 Citrus Cleaner.. Literally won't go anywhere without it.
So versatile, you can use it on anything and it's extremely effective even at 30:1!
Feels so much better out there now with the new surface, loads of grip.
No issues for me other than a cracked windscreen whilst passing some idiot in a Ford Puma who was constantly exceeding track limits and throwing up stones etc.
Good day overall!
I only really use LP, Amigo and Cleaner Fluid these days.. Rejuvenate comes out occasionally but not a huge fan of that. I still have HubiKote prewax and 50cal Fortress to use which have had some good feedback, not had chance to use them yet though.
Fair play! You guys do a great job, thankfully I had a life jacket on but with such extreme pain and being able to move I was just floating about in a shipping lane.. Lol! Crazy when you think back!
Ended up getting the chopper out to come and pick me up.
Thanks Gally, really appreciate the kind words!
I was actually very surprised how hard the paint was but it did seem to respond well to the KC Heavy Cut. I didn't do too much correction on my titanium as the majority was painted so generally only the usual bodyshop marring and buffer trails to...
Thanks Jake, much appreciated!
It's a very long story but put briefly, in 2006 I suffered 4 fractured vertebra following a speedboat accident. I was left pretty much paralysed from the waist down and ended up having surgery to replace 3 of the 4 damaged vertebra with prosthetic items with a...
Yes, I've used it a fair few times.
It's a decent kit, makes correction nice and simple. Not a huge fan of the AF pads but as an all in one solution, you can't complain!
