Yes its a good mod but it took a lot of work to get it right. No I dont have the brass bushes There is someone selling a scenic shifter on the forum right now

@Crazylegs I have the 3.0 version and its not too stiff, I had to sand down the ball on the gearstick at first though as it wasnt moving freely.
